Over the past year or so, I have had the pleasure to work with Mike Williams in a variety of capacities, most notably at his 10 Year Celebration with many of his existing clients, a leadership session with other local business owners, and most recently, two focused Team Strategy Sessions devoted exclusively to my leadership team which helped us focus more deliberately on our existing planned path forward as a growing business over the next 3-5 years. In the first session, Mike helped us reconsider our vision statement. The real work came when we dove into our mission statement, however, which gave us an opportunity to better define the "what" and "how" of what we will do as we seek to deliver better and more effective mental health services to our community. My team and I were especially pleased with this particular exercise and its outcome. In our second strategy session, we focused on our Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT). I had done SWOT analysis for other businesses, but it was the first-time my staff had done this drill. I could not have been more pleased with how they dove into it and really "did the work." Throughout this time, Mike has exposed us to "Cloverleaf" which leverages a set of AI coaching capabilities that help my team and I to better understand "what makes each of us tick" as individuals and to use that understanding to get better results as we continue to develop as a team. I am grateful to Mike for exposing us to these opportunities and practices that I am confident will help us accelerate our growth as business leaders and as a multi-unit clinic!

Mike Williams conducted a series of seminars for my multi-office insurance agency. So as to be able to include the entire staff, Mike agreed to meet with us on three Saturdays over the course of a couple of months. Each session focused on a separate theme with the overall objective of these seminars helping us to improve the way that we conduct business. Some of the main topics addressed were finding ways to improve work flow processes, improving time management, increasing office work flow efficiencies, and identifying individual strengths and areas needing improvement. Mike’s approach was outstanding, leading the sessions but ultimately getting the team to fully participate in the discussions and exercises.
