I’m Famia Roots, a business and leadership coach serving entrepreneurs and executives in the Greater Shreveport area and beyond. My career began in the U.S. Army, where I learned that leadership isn’t a title — it’s a commitment to the people counting on you. That belief has shaped everything I’ve done since.

Before coaching, I spent decades in healthcare operations and technology, leading teams across 60+ hospitals and clinics, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and turning high-pressure situations into high-performance outcomes. I’ve sat in the boardroom and in the trenches, and I understand what it takes to lead at every level.  Now I channel all of that into one thing: helping you grow.
