I worked in the retail Automobile business for almost 40 years – I started in sales, moved into management, and then eventually owned and operated my own Ford, Lincoln dealership in Louisiana. In 2010, I moved to Florida to take over as Executive Manager of another Ford dealership. During that time, I also became a John Maxwell certified trainer. Operating a dealership isn’t just about selling cars – it’s about creating goals and strategies, hiring and coaching staff, leadership, customer service, inventory, budgeting…it’s everything!
When I decided I was ready to transition into coaching full-time, I knew I wanted more support than my certification – l wanted a franchise with a support system, programs with a proven track record and the ability to use my experience.
I was drawn to The Growth Coach because of the content and the way the programs are designed. I didn’t want to simply offer seats to a workshop – I wanted a platform where I could develop relationships and really engage with clients in a way that makes a real difference in the everyday operations of their business.
As a Growth Coach, I am certified in The Strategic Mindset coaching process, which adheres to the standards, practices, and policies that the International Coaching Federation has outlined in their Code of Professional Standards and Ethics. I offer group and one-on-one coaching for business owners, sales professionals, managers, management teams, self-employed professionals throughout the Treasure Coast.
