As the owner of The Growth Coach of Northern New Jersey, I bring over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, where I developed a deep passion for professional development, coaching, and helping others reach their full potential.

I’m an ICF-certified coach (ACC) specializing in business and career coaching, working with individuals of all ages and career stages, from students and recent graduates to seasoned professionals and business owners. I launched this practice to empower people with the tools and mindset needed to overcome challenges and achieve meaningful growth.
