Jerald Lee brings over 22 years of leadership, sales, and business strategy experience to The
Growth Coach Hong Kong. He spent more than a decade at Google, where he led commercial
teams across Singapore and Hong Kong in both Google Ads and Google Maps.

"I helped launch national initiatives like Go Global and the SME Leadership Academy in Singapore. These programs supported thousands of business owners and senior leaders across Asia as they expanded into new markets, navigated change, and built more resilient businesses."

Jerald is also an INSEAD certified coach, trained in structured coaching methods that combine real-world leadership experience with proven tools from psychology and organizational research. As a certified Growth Coach, he works with business owners, sales teams, and leaders at all levels, from emerging managers to experienced executives.
