Tarence brings more than 30 years of experience in corporate training and leadership development. He has built his career on facilitating professional growth through hands-on training, keynotes, and one-on-one coaching.

He has led leadership development, strategic planning, and communication-skills engagements for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, non-profits, municipalities, and educational institutions. His areas of expertise include leadership development, strategic planning, effective communication, customer service, behavioral and emotional intelligence assessments, and cultural competency training.

Tarence holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Education from Michigan State University, a Master of Education from Ashland Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.). He is also an Educational Policy Fellow of the Educational Leadership Institute.
