With over 20 years of experience in education, leadership, and organizational effectiveness, I am proud to serve the Greater Phoenix community as The Growth Coach. My career includes executive roles such as Associate Provost for Institutional Effectiveness and Director of Assessment and Accreditation, where I specialized in strategic planning, continuous improvement, and helping organizations bridge the gap between their current state and their desired future.
