I’m Brad Schneider and I opened this business because I wanted to help businesses in my community to have a greater impact on their communities and to help the people within those businesses improve their own quality of life.
For over 22 years, I have facilitated individual growth to spur organizational growth.

Jessica Reznik – Your Growth Coach
Jessica Reznik is a seasoned leader in learning and professional development, with over 20 years of experience across financial services, compliance, operations, and entrepreneurship, and is known for her engaging presentation style and strategic mindset, Jessica is committed to building resilient, adaptive leaders.
As Vice President of Training Design and Development at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, she led firm-wide leadership initiatives, including executive coaching and strategic development programs. Earlier, as Vice President of Training and Content at Morgan Stanley, she designed a leadership “bench” program for new managers, focusing on professional development skills and team dynamics.
Jessica’s executive experience includes serving as co-owner and General Manager of TriFold LLC, where she helped grow the business from an idea to a multimillion-dollar enterprise, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges business owners face. At Nationwide Financial, she was Director of Corporate Compliance, developing and delivering training programs for broker-dealer firms nationwide and establishing herself as a trusted voice in compliance education.
