As the owner of The Growth Coach of Northern New Jersey, I opened this business because throughout my 20+ years in human resources, I fell in love with professional development, training and coaching employees. As I thought about what I wanted to do for the rest of my career, I realized it was time to leverage my strengths (strong communicator, motivator, strategic thinker) and open a coaching business. I knew in my heart I could make a difference for business owners, managers, and employees, especially those who are struggling, by using my experience and the programs developed by The Growth Coach.

The Growth Coach is unique because we focus on partnering with our clients to help them build stronger businesses and more balanced lives. On an international level, The Growth Coach is the largest provider of affordable group coaching, training, and workshops. I offer group and one-on-one coaching for business owners, sales professionals, managers, management teams, self-employed professionals, and more.

As a Growth Coach, I am certified in The Strategic Mindset coaching process, which adheres to the standards, practices, and policies that the International Coaching Federation has outlined in their Code of Professional Standards and Ethics.
