teams across Singapore and Hong Kong in both Google Ads and Google Maps.

Jerald is also an INSEAD certified coach, trained in structured coaching methods that combine real-world leadership experience with proven tools from psychology and organizational research. As a certified Growth Coach, he works with business owners, sales teams, and leaders at all levels, from emerging managers to experienced executives. His focus is on helping them step back from daily operations and concentrate on what truly drives performance: clarity, accountability, and purposeful leadership.
