Being a business owner or company leader can be lonely, especially when you are facing big challenges. I am John Hall, the owner of The Growth Coach of Treasure Coast, and I know what that’s like because I’ve been a business leader for decades. As a Growth Coach, I am looking forward to working with business leaders here in our community to help them address their challenges, set goals for sustainable growth, work toward those goals, and stay accountable for their progress.

I worked in the retail Automobile business for almost 40 years – I started in sales, moved into management, and then eventually owned and operated my own Ford, Lincoln dealership in Louisiana. In 2010, I moved to Florida to take over as Executive Manager of another Ford dealership. During that time, I also became a John Maxwell certified trainer. Operating a dealership isn’t just about selling cars – it’s about creating goals and strategies, hiring and coaching staff, leadership, customer service, inventory, budgeting…it’s everything!

When I decided I was ready to transition into coaching full-time, I knew I wanted more support than my certification – l wanted a franchise with a support system, programs with a proven track record and the ability to use my experience.

I was drawn to The Growth Coach because of the content and the way the programs are designed. I didn’t want to simply offer seats to a workshop – I wanted a platform where I could develop relationships and really engage with clients in a way that makes a real difference in the everyday operations of their business.

As a Growth Coach, I am certified in The Strategic Mindset coaching process, which adheres to the standards, practices, and policies that the International Coaching Federation has outlined in their Code of Professional Standards and Ethics. I offer group and one-on-one coaching for business owners, sales professionals, managers, management teams, self-employed professionals throughout the Treasure Coast.
