I\u2019ve always wanted to be a coach. My dream was to coach athletes; through twists and turns it evolved into coaching sales teams, store teams, business owners and leaders. Over the course of nearly 30 years in business I\u2019ve been coaching, people, owners, and teams and by default I became exactly what I set out to become, A Coach. I loved working with the students, but the classroom was rigid, I wanted to strategize and create so I switched gears and started what became a 25-year career with NAPA Auto Parts. I started in sales and grew into management before working my way to senior level field management positions as Sales Manager in several different Distribution Centers and I spent 5 years running multi-unit operations as District Manager for NAPA\u2019s company-owned stores in the Maine District. After a decade in New Jersey as Sales Manager of NAPA\u2019s Distribution Center we decided to get back to Northern New England and moved to Southern NH. Coming back to NH I worked for two years as a Regional Sales Manager for Brenntag Lubricants out of Manchester and then spent two years as General Manager for Aramark Refreshment Services running the New England Region.<\/p>\n<p>I have 30 years of experience in retail sales, management, and leadership, during much of that time, I was heavily involved with helping individual business owners grow their businesses. I helped them hire and train employees, coach managers, manage inventory, set pricing levels with appropriate margins, develop sales plans and more. I had a hand in everything that goes into building a successful business.
