With a strong background in HR leadership, talent management, and organizational effectiveness, I\u2019ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of industries, helping teams and individuals navigate change, growth, and transformation.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1745531619213{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”]<\/p>\n

Throughout my career, I\u2019ve been passionate about helping people find their potential and create meaningful change in their professional lives. I\u2019ve led initiatives in employee relations, leadership development, and strategic planning\u2014skills that I now bring to my work as a business coach.<\/div>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]I\u2019m excited to serve the Kansas City South community as a Growth Coach because I truly believe in the power of coaching to drive both business success and personal fulfillment. My HR background gives me a unique perspective on the challenges business owners and leaders face, and I\u2019m committed to providing the guidance, accountability, and support needed to achieve lasting results. I look forward to partnering with local entrepreneurs and professionals to help them become more strategic, focused, and effective\u2014so they can work less, achieve more, and enjoy richer, more balanced lives.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row disable_element=”yes” css=”.vc_custom_1734733308641{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]I became a Master Certified Life Coach focused on helping professional women overcome burnout. As in my own case, it wasn\u2019t just ONE thing that caused burnout. It was LIFE. Work, family, finances, world events, unfulfilled needs and dreams\u2026 they all are a part of our stories.<\/p>\n

After a few years of being a Life Coach, I needed to make a change. While my passion for coaching continued, I had more to offer\u2026 my decades of business experience were not being used! I also was missing some of the structure that a corporate environment offered. I began my search for a partner that could help me grow my coaching practice while guiding me with guardrails to ensure I was successful. That\u2019s how I found Growth Coach.<\/p>\n

My family and I live in the Twin Ports (Duluth, MN\/Superior, WI) and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
