\nGrowth Coach Hong Kong. He spent more than a decade at Google, where he led commercial
\nteams across Singapore and Hong Kong in both Google Ads and Google Maps.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1748470663923{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”]<\/p>\n

I helped launch national initiatives like Go Global and the SME Leadership Academy in Singapore. These programs supported thousands of business owners and senior leaders across Asia as they expanded into new markets, navigated change, and built more resilient businesses.<\/div>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Jerald is also an INSEAD certified coach, trained in structured coaching methods that combine real-world leadership experience with proven tools from psychology and organizational research. As a certified Growth Coach, he works with business owners, sales teams, and leaders at all levels, from emerging managers to experienced executives. His focus is on helping them step back from daily operations and concentrate on what truly drives performance: clarity, accountability, and purposeful leadership.<\/p>\n

Based in Hong Kong, Jerald is passionate about helping leaders in Asia grow into their next chapter. After a few years of being a Life Coach, I needed to make a change. While my passion for coaching continued, I had more to offer\u2026 my decades of business experience were not being used! I also was missing some of the structure that a corporate environment offered. My family and I live in the Twin Ports (Duluth, MN\/Superior, WI) and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
