As a proud US Army Veteran, I understand the value of discipline, determination, and service, and I apply these strengths to help fellow entrepreneurs, executives, and teams achieve lasting results.<\/p>\n

After an accomplished career in healthcare IT and operations, including roles as Regional Director and Project Manager for leading medical organizations in Shreveport, I now channel my expertise into empowering local business owners and professionals. My background spans crisis management, strategic planning, and mentoring, and I have a passion for building resilient organizations.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1757518391929{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”]<\/p>\n

My mission is to help each client discover their strengths, face their challenges with courage, and create a future that reflects their true values. Growth begins when we are willing to invest in ourselves, our communities, and our vision for what\u2019s possible<\/div>\n

I believe success is fueled by collaboration, growth, and integrity, and I am dedicated to helping others navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row disable_element=”yes” css=”.vc_custom_1734733308641{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]I became a Master Certified Life Coach focused on helping professional women overcome burnout. As in my own case, it wasn\u2019t just ONE thing that caused burnout. It was LIFE. Work, family, finances, world events, unfulfilled needs and dreams\u2026 they all are a part of our stories.<\/p>\n

After a few years of being a Life Coach, I needed to make a change. While my passion for coaching continued, I had more to offer\u2026 my decades of business experience were not being used! I also was missing some of the structure that a corporate environment offered. I began my search for a partner that could help me grow my coaching practice while guiding me with guardrails to ensure I was successful. That\u2019s how I found Growth Coach.<\/p>\n

My family and I live in the Twin Ports (Duluth, MN\/Superior, WI) and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
