Andrew Million – Your Growth Coach

It can be hard to see the forest when you’re in the trees. The same is true in business. Whether you own a business, you manage a company or you lead a team, it’s easy to get so deep in the details that it’s hard to see the big picture. I’m Andy Million, business and sales coach and the owner of The Growth Coach of Greater DFW, and I want to help.

Internationally, The Growth Coach is the largest provider of affordable group coaching workshops. We offer group and one-on-one coaching for business owners, sales professionals, managers, sales and management teams, self-employed professionals and more. We have three distinct series – the Foundation Series, Fundamental Series and Fast Forward Series – and a comprehensive behavior analysis program called GC Insights. The Growth Coach’s mission is to help business leaders build more successful businesses and build more balanced lives through coaching, support and accountability. The Growth Coach of Greater DFW serves Coppell, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Irving, Plano, Lewisville, Valley Ranch and Las Colinas.

I have a background in finance and operations and, prior to The Growth Coach, I built my career in customer-focused management roles including, most recently, the Regional Director of Customer Experience for the Midwest, Central and South Regions for the largest elevator service provider in the US. My previous roles have included Senior Manager of Customer Experience and Administration, Finance Manager of Customer Experience, Senior Management of Customer Operations and more. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at the University of North Texas and I’m a Certified Customer Experience Professional. I would say my biggest strengths include budgeting, forecasting, customer behavior analysis, customer retention strategies, revenue generation, operational analysis and customer engagement.

In my most recent corporate position, I had the opportunity to travel to more than 40 different branches around the country and do rounds of customer service training. When I started thinking about my own future as a business owner, I realized my passion for training and coaching. My background in finance and operations would make me a strong business and sales coach, which is what led me to The Growth Coach. The Growth Coach takes a more long-term, holistic approach to business improvement, which is what works and, I think, what sets us apart.

I always encourage clients to look at their business holistically and consider the entire operation across the board. Even when things are going well – like the sales people are hitting their goals – what can you do to help them reach even higher goals?
