Pete Gragnano – Your Growth Coach
Owning a business can be challenging. I know because I’ve been there – both as the owner of a successful 24/7/365 7-Eleven franchise and as the owner of a struggling B2B sign business. I’ve seen the ups and downs of business and I’m passionate about helping others build more successful, balanced lives. I’m Pete Gragnano, the owner of The Growth Coach Capital Beltway, and I opened this business because I saw an opportunity to combine my experience with the powerful Growth Coach program to make a real impact on business owners and leaders in my community.
The Growth Coach Capital Beltway is a locally owned and operated business, but, on an international level, The Growth Coach is the largest provider of affordable group coaching workshops. Coaches around the world offer group and one-on-one coaching for sales professionals, managers, management teams, self-employed professionals and more through three distinct series – the Foundation Series, Fundamental Series and Fast Forward Series. As The Growth Coach Capital Beltway, I work with business owners and professionals in Silver Spring, Beltsville, College Park, Hyattsville, Greenbelt and the surrounding areas in Maryland. I am certified in The Strategic Mindset coaching process, which adheres to the standards, practices and policies that the International Coaching Federation has set forth in their Code of Professional Standards and Ethics.
I’ve been in the position many of my clients are in today. I’ve managed a business, run a multi-unit business, owned a not-so-successful sign business and owned a successful convenience store that had to operate 24/7/365 mostly on its own. My experience – combined with The Growth Coach’s proven, successful programs – is a powerful combination that can help my clients reach and exceed their goals. I’ve always said that experience is the best teacher, as long as it’s not your experience.
Prior to becoming a Growth Coach, I owned a successful 7-Eleven franchise for 15 years. Before that I owned a sign business, managed a multi-unit gasoline and automotive repair company, and worked in corporate research and strategic planning. I have a bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and economics from Manhattan College and an MBA in economics from Adelphi University.
There are so many business owners out there who are so deep in the business that they can’t keep their heads above water. I understand what that’s like and I think, as a business and sales coach, I can offer that business owner a hand to help them pull themselves out. I’m not here to tell anyone how to run their business – I’m here to help them decide what’s best for their business, take action and stay accountable.
My wife, Terri, and I have two sons, two daughters and two grandchildren. We live in Laurel. Contact me today and let’s talk about how I can help you build a more successful business and find a more balanced life.
