The choice is simple &#8230; truth today for a better tomorrow.\u00a0 Ready to deal in the truth?\u00a0 It will set you and your business free &#8230; free to grow and flourish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ready to step up and take full responsibility?<\/strong> Super!\u00a0\u00a0Here are some typical <a title=\"Business Coaching Process\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thegrowthcoach.com\/Services\/BusinessCoachingProcess\/tabid\/1233\/Default.aspx\">Growth Coach<\/a> questions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What&#8217;s not working in your business?<\/li>\n<li>What\u2019s broken and needs to be fixed now?<\/li>\n<li>If you had to start your business over from scratch, what would you do differently?<\/li>\n<li>Who\u2019s not pulling their weight\u00a0in your business?<\/li>\n<li>If you could change 3 things about your business right now, what would they be?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Successful entrepreneurs not only accept responsibility, but they <strong>don&#8217;t tolerate excuses<\/strong>.\u00a0 They <strong>create a no-excuses zone<\/strong> around their business. Why?\u00a0 Because successful business owners and entrepreneurs know that excuses are those little lies\u00a0we tell ourselves to feel better in the moment but that do absolutely nothing positive for us.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, excuses\u00a0do lots of\u00a0damage.\u00a0 <strong>Excuses are those little comforting lies\u00a0struggling owners\u00a0tell themselves to\u00a0justify, rationalize, and explain away their\u00a0poor results<\/strong>.
