As the proud pioneer and VO Talent Agent Artist for MCVO, A Division Of Model Club, Inc. in Boston, she leads a voiceover roster showcasing top talent from coast to coast and representing artists from five countries worldwide. MCVO clients span Regional, National and International markets across Commercial, Industrial and Animation genres.<\/p>\n

Lau Lapides Company operates as both a premier performance training studio and a high-level executive communication firm. Her boutique coaching studios offer top tier training for voice over talent, actors, models, singers and media artists worldwide. In parallel, her executive communication and leadership training division serves Fortune 500 companies, global institutions and emerging entrepreneurs seeking advanced presentation, media readiness and strategic messaging development.<\/p>\n

As a producer, her signature event, New England Voice Over (NEVO) Con, recently launched its third annual summit and showcase in October 2025, bringing together industry leaders and rising talent from across the country.<\/p>\n

She holds an M.F.A. in Acting and is an ArtsBridge Scholar from the University of California at Irvine. As in my own case, it wasn\u2019t just ONE thing that caused burnout. It was LIFE. Work, family, finances, world events, unfulfilled needs and dreams\u2026 they all are a part of our stories.<\/p>\n

After a few years of being a Life Coach, I needed to make a change. While my passion for coaching continued, I had more to offer\u2026 my decades of business experience were not being used!
