In January of 2014, I joined academia and have taught courses in business, decision-making, sales and marketing management, Organizational behavior, global business operations, strategic mindset, and more at both graduate and undergraduate levels. I realized I wanted to do more of that outside of the educational setting. Opening The Growth Coach allows me to put my experience in corporate America and as a business owner, my education, and my passion for working for small businesses right here in my community. I know what it\u2019s like to start a business from scratch and build it from the ground up, especially during challenging times. I know how overwhelming and stressful it can be \u2013 I\u2019ve lived it too.<\/p>\n
