Rather than letting the uncertainties about the future control you, use them as blank canvas to fill with your dreams, goals and aspirations. The openness tomorrow is an opportunity for improvement, not something to be afraid of.
When you think about what you have to be thankful for, you may immediately look at the obvious; things that are going great right now and past successes, but that’s not all you have going for you. It’s about mindset. A positive mindset allows you to see the good through the bad and with a positive mindset and a positive outlook, you’ll feel better and you’ll perform better. As you consider all the things you’re thankful for today, take a different point of view. Even in the darkest moments, there’s always a glimmer of light.
