The Growth Coach is a national organization of small business coaches and mentors. Through a proprietary coaching and accountability process, we help business owners, managers, and self-employed professionals to become more focused, effective and strategic.

Specifically, we guide entrepreneurs through a unique focusing process every 90 days so that they can go to work “on” themselves, “on” their businesses and “on” their highest priorities in a structured and action-oriented manner. We help busy and overwhelmed owners to slow down, reflect and map out critical changes they want to make to improve their businesses and lives. In short, our mission is to help entrepreneurs get more out of their businesses and lives.

While we do one-on-one monthly coaching/mentoring for certain clients, our main focus is quarterly group coaching workshops -- a personal strategic retreat for busy owners and managers. We help them to clarify their visions and priorities and then help hold them accountable for getting their important goals accomplished – both personal and professional. In the end, our clients make more, work less, and enjoy greater lives.

Our typical client is a small business owner or manager who:

Could benefit from a personal strategic retreat one day each quarter

About Allison Moran

Allison has been interacting with entrepreneurs for more than 30 years having grown up in a family owned business. Being around business owners for the majority of her life has allowed Allison to see how much owning a business can impact the owner’s personal lives. As a coach, it is her goal to help owners take themselves out of the daily busyness and into the Strategic Mindset ^TM. In addition to both her training working in higher and secondary education and the corporate world, Allison has been professionally trained and certified to lead clients through the Strategic Mindset Process ^TM.

Allison received both her Masters of Education in Counseling and Education and her Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park. She has worked as an administrator for a State University, Montgomery County Schools and for the past eight years in various leadership positions at an International Telecommunications and Business Services company. In addition to these positions, Allison has taught as an adjunct faculty member at Montgomery College.

Allison’s varied and extensive experience has taught her how to listen to people, hear what they need and help them get it. The powerful combination of the proven Growth Coach process and Allison’s knowledge and experience makes for a winning outcome for the business owner who takes advantage of this unique opportunity.
