Just like the prior Growth Coach business coaching blog, this one will feature 33 of our Twitter messages (Tweets) from http://twitter.com/GrowthCoachCorp. I selected Tweets (pure text content, no attachments) that I felt could challenge, motivate, educate and benefit business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals. Again, since a given Tweet can only be 140 characters long, I used quite a few abbreviations as you will see...most are very intuitive. I hope these brief Growth Coach messages will get you to examine your business and life. Please read these mini-coaching suggestions and select 2-3 that make sense for you and your business to implement.
- Business owner, do you always need to BE right or would you rather GET it right? Let go of the ego & be open to better ideas.
- Entrepreneur, are your vision & goals exciting your soul? If not, refine or redo them...re-engage your heart & soul !!
- Business owner, do quick, 15-minute "team huddles" with your EMPs 2-3 times a week...will provide CLARITY & EMPOWERMENT.
- Use this simple sorting process 2 make more $. What actions do you need to STOP doing, START doing, do LESS of, or do MORE of?
- Blaming the economy for your results? By blaming circumstances or others, you give away all your power to make course corrections.
- Consider a strategic retreat for your business. Get EMPs rowing in the same direction. Hire a Growth Coach to ensure HONEST discussions.
- Business owner, your biggest, on-going challenge will be to take full responsibility for your Co's results; no excuses or blaming.
- Want to be miserable? Keep focusing on what you don't have and what you don't like in your current life/business.
- Successful entrepreneurs want to be paid based on results. Others want to be paid based on time & effort. Which do u?
- Business owner, what lesson (gift) did your business try to give you recently? Did you receive it & learn from it?
- You can either spend time making money or making excuses. Your choice.
- Entrepreneur, if you aren't taking proper action in key biz areas, ask "what am I afraid of ?" Surface sabotaging fears.
- Owner, what one change to your biz would yield quantum results? You already know the answer. What are you waiting for?
- Business owner, if you reward EMPs' good behavior, it will be repeated. BUT, if you ignore bad behavior, it too will be repeated.
- Entrepreneur, to change your external world, you must 1st change your internal world. Got business coaching?
- Business owner, are you truly being accountable? R U asking, "What can I do today to dramatically improve my business?"
- Entrepreneur, worrying is the misuse of your imagination. You are focusing on what you DON'T want to happen. Focus on what you DO want.
- To maximize your wealth, U must become the least important person to your biz's daily operations.
- Personal development = wealth development. Business coaching can help you develop into a more effective and strategic owner. The Growth Coach.
- A successful entrepreneur s/b in the "quitting process"...quitting lesser roles & tasks as the biz grows. R U ?
- Entrepreneur, got excuses? They are lies we tell ourselves to avoid responsibility & rationalize poor results = no advancement.
- Why is business coaching so effective? QUESTIONS! No matter what, your brain can NOT ignore a question. Make sense?
- Business owner, whatever tasks you dislike and/or stink at doing, either delete, delegate or outsource them. Go w/ your strengths.
- The biggest & fittest company doesn't survive, it's the most flexible & adaptable one that survives. R U open to change?
- Business owner, U can't really change EMPs, just yourself or your hiring practices. Don't drive yourself nuts !!
- If an archer misses the mark, he doesn't blame the arrow, bow or wind. He takes responsibility & makes adjustments. Do U?
- Entrepreneur/business owner, don't think "How can we gain?" but instead "How may we serve?" Givers gain in the long run.
- Business owner, is it time for you to re-think and adjust your overall business model and/or your revenue model?
- Entrepreneurs, remember, companies don't improve...it's your people, practices & processes that improve.
- Follow your passion. The money is hidden there. You just have to dig and work for it.
- Business owner, accept criticism as a gift. Be willing to unwrap the layers of emotions to get to the profitable feedback.
- Are you repelling money with your negative beliefs about money? Not sure, ask others for candid feedback.
- Entrepreneur, the only real economic security you have is between your ears...your brain and mindset. Nurture both!
Again, consider selecting 2-3 of these Growth Coach tweets to implement for your business.
