Every year spring faithfully arrives. It brings with it rain and rising temperatures, spring training for professional baseball, NCAA basketball March madness, and kids getting off of school. And best of all, we get to say goodbye to winter.

Given the challenging economy, now is not the time for business owners to be super heroes or lone rangers. Now is not the time to be isolated, alone, and pretending to have all the answers. This business coaching blog is dedicated to the topic of leading, coaching, and communicating. My boy's basketball coach provides a very relevant lesson for all business owners. He is a good man, the boys love playing for him, and he commits lots of his time and energy to coaching 10-year old boys. Need I say more?
