Everyone wants to work less, earn more and enjoy a richer life. There is not a business owner alive who could not benefit from greater self-awareness, clarity of direction, a focused game plan, and some level of accountability to keep them on track; however, you must come to that conclusion for yourself.

Interpreting Your Business Coaching Assessment Score

If you scored 5 or less, congratulations! It appears you are doing very well – keep it up! While any owner can benefit from on-going coaching and development, you would have to truly want to improve and achieve a higher level of performance in order to make business coaching work for you. Or, your score may be indicative that you are in denial about certain realities. Only you know the truth.

Either way, you will not be able to benefit significantly from business coaching unless you truly want it or are ready to be honest with yourself and situation.

If your score is between 6 and 20, business coaching could help take you and your business to the next level. Because you are already aware of certain areas that need improvement, you just need to keep an open mind to challenge some of your current assumptions and approaches, and be ready to go to work “on” your business, “on” yourself, and “on” your life.

If your score is 21 or more, seek business coaching help immediately. You are well aware of your reality and challenges, and you are motivated to make positive changes. You will be highly coachable and your results should be dramatic; however, the longer you procrastinate, the bigger these challenges will become.
