Thanks to Mike, processes setup to grow the business resulted in increased business opportunities and closings. Actions such as practiced cold calls, standardized 30-60-90 second commercials centered on the business plan evolved. I developed good business habits by creating routine in the week, allowing for each function: networking, operations and accounting therefore enabling opportunity development, business maintenance and closing the sales process through account and invoice generation and follow-up. These actions and steps were part of the foundation Mike Mirau helped set up as I worked with him during my first calendar year of operation.
