Continuing, CEO-led, quarterly coaching sessions ensure mastery of new behaviors and skills, which distinguish the Growth Coach’s coaching programs from the typical “one-time” seminar approach.  Every 90 days, our clients create an updated strategic roadmap for their personal and business lives – a high-level Strategic Planner that keeps them on track to achieve results. 

Coaching options include groups (e.g. related teams or un-related groups), one-on-one coaching, sales coaching, retreats, mini-workshops, and speaking engagements.

Shepelak Named Coach of the Year

 

Tim Shepelak was named "Coach of the Year" by The Growth Coach franchise organization, which is comprised of 140 franchisees across North America.   This award recognizes Tim's contributions to the Southwestern Ohio/Northern Kentucky business communities throughout his six years as a coach.  

The Growth Coach's "Pioneer Award" was previously awarded to Shepelak, to recognize his contributions to the franchise community as the original franchisee of The Growth Coach.

Tim Shepelak, The Growth Coach®, is a former Divisional Chief Executive Officer and Executive Board member for Halma p.l.c., an acquisitive global UK public group.  Tim has acquired and then grown technology manufacturers by leading either the former owners or newly-hired company Presidents, as Chairman of the eight companies that formed his Division.  

Brand team and financial management experience with Procter & Gamble and Burke Market Research, along with President and CFO positions held, have all contributed to Tim’s broad business experience and continuing education.  This, along with his Divisional CEO experience, have all built on Tim’s formal education, which includes an MBA, The Executive Development Program at Sundridge Park in England, and The Leading Creatively Program at The Richardson Foundation’s Center for Creative Leadership in North Carolina.
