Steve Toeller is a results oriented business owner with an excellent understanding of People, Process, and Performance. He grew up in an entrepreneurial family and after college spent 32 years in executive leadership roles with service organizations that were the leaders in their brands, Wendy’s International, Taco Bell, Stanley Steemer and ServiceMaster.  In 32 years of leading, coaching and managing Franchise owners, Corporate Executives and Department Managers, Steve has gained great insight into the Mindset and actions required to develop a sustainable, profitable business while enjoying an enriched personal life.

Not only is Steve certified in The Strategic Mindset® Coaching Process he is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Steve has been blessed with the opportunity of creating, re-engineering and implementing many highly effective processes. It is his strong belief that a logical, well designed, and repeatable process produces predictable results in both business and in life.

Performance has always been a foundation of Steve’s life; whether as a business professional, a college football player, or as a personal and professional coach. His passion for helping others create clarity, develop a plan and take action in business and in life makes him a natural and ideal coach.

Steve’s wife of 29 years, Kathy, and his three children; Nick, Megan and Christian are the cornerstone of his success. He lives in a suburb in North Philadelphia where he is active in the Penn Suburban and Central Bucks Chambers and a member of Rotary Club International.
