Head Coach Natasha Bowen

Natasha is professionally trained and certified to facilitate and lead clients through The Growth Coach's Strategic Mindset Process. 

Natasha provides a unique and proven process utilizing Performance Behavior Assessment tools that deliver high-end results.  The assessment training process is designed for business owners, managers, sales professionals, and entrepreneurs who have a desire to achieve greater success in communication with employees and clients.

Natasha has over 15 years of business experience as a sales executive in pharmaceutical and business equipment industry and as a  business owner of several business.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Spelman College (Atlanta, GA) in 1997 and  a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in management from Union University (Jackson, TN) in 2003.  Natasha is a member of the following organizations:

• Bartlett Area of Chamber (Board of Advisors)
• National Association of Women Business Owners (Board Member)
