• Current Position: Owner of The Growth Coach, a business coaching firm dedicated to assisting business leaders to develop a mindset of a business owner.
• Owner, product developer of Advanced Repair Technology, Inc. 1996 to 2009. Grew business from conception to over 1 million in annual sales. Primary responsibilities were Product Development, national sales and marketing activities.
• Invented several unique products. Awarded a U.S. Patent for a unique weatherstripping system in 1999
• Featured speaker at national and regional conventions on topics of restoration and repair primarily for the painting and remodeling industries
• Hired by Stanford University to develop a survey system to restore over 1300 windows in their historic main quad campus buildings
• Past guest on several This Old House television shows. Contributing writer for  This Old House magazine and ThisOldHouse.com
• Owner of Stahl Restorations, a building contracting firm specializing in historic restoration. New York City 1982 to 1996
• BFA degree from the University of Utah, 1980

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the session I attended recently. It was a great benefit to me.  

The pace of business and life in today's world make it difficult to stop and evaluate the daily choices we make; yet I know that is exactly what is required for real success. The strategic planning process you showed us is a practical way to make those good decisions and, more importantly, to follow through with them. I especially appreciated your emphasis on building a successful business as part of a successful life.

The best thing about what I learned is that I have been able to put it to use immediately. I am already seeing a difference in my business and the utilization of my time and resources.
