Jerry Piercy - Your Growth Coach
A native of North Carolina and currently residing in Wake Forest, Jerry has a passion for serving others.  He believes that our true purpose in life is to serve others.  The Growth Coach Business model is in alignment with his personal & professional philosophy, which provides him with the opportunity to live out his passion of helping others.
His respect and admiration for the business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, managers, sales professionals and leaders from all walks of life, fuels his desire to ensure they are successful.  In fact, he recognizes that his success is directly linked to the success of his clients. 
Jerry is a certified coach in the Strategic Mindset® process.  He is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of hands on business experience in a variety of disciplines, including consulting, sales, finance, operations, human resources, and senior management.  He has been employed by Fortune 500 companies, including Procter & Gamble, Accenture, GlaxoSmithKline and Pitney Bowes, as well as by a number of successful small businesses. 
His educational background includes a BS in Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia.
