Jack Harsh has more than 35 years experience helping business leaders and business enterprises achieve consistently superior results. As part of The Growth Coach® network of certified business coaches, Jack brings a wealth of experience in leadership development, employee engagement and the critical elements necessary to build and sustain a successful business. He believes passionately in coaching each business owner, executive or professional to leverage their strengths, working with each person to achieve their full potential. For more than 30 years Jack’s career grew through achievement in successively more responsible roles as a human resources professional, culminating in the role of Vice President, Human Resources for Albemarle Corporation from 1998 through 2008. In this role Jack led the development of the HR function and strategic HR programs and talent management strategies supporting the company's dramatic growth. Most notably he developed and led an outstanding program of leadership development, executive compensation and talent acquisition and development across all global regions working closely with the Board and senior management. These programs supported company growth that saw a threefold increase in revenue and a nearly six fold increase in net income over the decade.
