Your Local Coach - Bill Hurston

Bill Hurston - The Growth Coach providing business coaching to St. Louis business owners and leaders My purpose and passion for The Growth Coach is driven by my personal experience and strong conviction that every business and business owner will benefit from one of our programs. I did not have the advantage of a business coach when I started my first business. Having a coach would have prevented an unnecessary waste of my time, talent and treasure. Now, it is my mission to allow every business owner that I meet to have the opportunity to experience how powerful, effective and affordable our coaching programs are.

Prior to owning a small business I worked in a variety of capacities ranging from a Financial Analyst for the U.S. Army Special Operations Command to practicing as a CPA. I received my master's degree from Saint Louis University and my undergraduate degree from Southeast Missouri State University. My education and professional experience gave me a "good head" for business. My "heart" for business came from being a small business owner.

I am blessed to have a family that includes my wife Sandy and our two sons, Ryan and Andrew.
